jiievo Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jiievo," "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to jiievo.net and the legal entity operating the platform under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Player," "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered on the jiievo platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the jiievo registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment processing, promotional features, and support services offered through jiievo.net.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player directly from personal financial accounts into their jiievo wallet, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or match bonuses issued to the Player by jiievo under the terms of an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or region from which access to online gambling is restricted by law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without valid license), and any jurisdiction where access to jiievo would violate local law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and use jiievo. This age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jiievo reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify age at any point during your use of the platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jiievo's services are intended for players located in the Philippines. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jiievo is lawful in their jurisdiction. jiievo assumes no liability for any illegal access from Prohibited Jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a jiievo account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine-based contact number. You agree to update your registration information promptly should any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on jiievo. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data — will be subject to immediate closure. jiievo reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with duplicate accounts.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiievo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jiievo will not be held liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

3.2 Suspicious Account Activity

You must notify jiievo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, any unauthorized transaction from your jiievo wallet, or any security breach involving your account credentials. jiievo will investigate all reported incidents but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds where the breach occurred due to the Player's own negligence.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jiievo implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit identity documents including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the completion of KYC verification. jiievo reserves the right to limit or suspend account functionality until KYC requirements are satisfied.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jiievo reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to contact [email protected] if they wish to formally close their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiievo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven cash-in points. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them personally — third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jiievo wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer or InstaPay may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the originating institution. jiievo does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of pending wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jiievo reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jiievo are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. jiievo is not liable for any currency conversion costs or losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jiievo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus credits issued by jiievo are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated at the time of the bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of issue. Any bonus credits and associated winnings remaining in your account after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice. Players are responsible for checking and tracking the expiry dates of their active bonuses within the account dashboard.

5.4 Abuse Prevention

jiievo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and promotional exploitation. Activities including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same game to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or transferring funds between jiievo accounts for the purpose of circumventing wagering requirements are all considered abuse. jiievo reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All digital games on the jiievo platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the randomness and fairness of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and streamed directly to players. jiievo does not manipulate game outcomes. Players who believe they have witnessed a game irregularity should contact support immediately.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game on the jiievo platform has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. jiievo reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time, including during an active session, provided that any bets already placed at the previous limit are honored.

6.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or data feed failure that materially affects the integrity of a game round or sporting event, jiievo reserves the right to void affected bets. Voided bets will result in the return of the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. jiievo will not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from such technical events beyond the return of the original stake.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jiievo — including PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, UFC, and sabong — are governed by the specific market rules published within the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a goal, knockout, or red card) that were not yet settled when the event occurred may be voided at jiievo's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jiievo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds in the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error may be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods to fund a jiievo account.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while attempting to misrepresent geographic location through VPN, proxy, or similar tools.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiievo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing account access with a self-excluded player or a player under a mandatory cooling-off period.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiievo platform — including but not limited to the jiievo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiievo or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on jiievo without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of jiievo's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiievo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jiievo platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures.
• Network connectivity issues affecting game continuity or bet placement.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate odds or game information that were subsequently corrected.
• Actions of third-party payment processors beyond jiievo's direct control.

jiievo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jiievo's gross negligence.

10 Responsible Gaming

jiievo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to all Players seriously.

10.1 Self-Exclusion

Any Player may request a self-exclusion from jiievo at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, jiievo will suspend the account and cease all promotional communications to that Player. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

10.2 Deposit and Session Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Session time reminders can also be configured to notify Players when a specified duration of continuous gameplay has been reached. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.

10.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

Access to jiievo is restricted to players aged 21 and above. jiievo employs age verification processes at registration and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Any account found to be registered by a person under the legal age will be permanently closed and all associated balances will be forfeited.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by jiievo

jiievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; account inactivity as defined in Section 3.4; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any conduct that jiievo determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or jiievo's reputation.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jiievo account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination — whether initiated by jiievo or by the Player — all licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Any outstanding bonus balances, pending free spins, or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be refunded in accordance with Section 11.2, provided no grounds for forfeiture exist.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jiievo arising from the use of the platform, the Player must first contact jiievo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Support is available 24/7 via email at [email protected]. jiievo will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under Philippine law before initiating formal legal proceedings. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not resolved through arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. By registering and using jiievo, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
